Full kitchens make self-catering very easy and there are terraces and patios from where to enjoy the stunning views. The centre of Mount Nevis is where its acclaimed restaurant is situated, on a terrace overlooking the beautiful Olympic-sized pool and with St. Kitts in the distance. The chef, Alberto, hails from Costa Rica and his cooking has won acclaim from all over the island. This is a lovely hotel and its inland location gives total peace and privacy, and yet the golden sands of Oualie Beach with its water sports is just five minutes' drive away.
