Price guide

In the modern world of international travel, any price list is almost out of date as soon as it's published. Things change very quickly: currency rates, fuel surcharges due to oil prices, flight prices etc, and in addition special offers and discounts become available for a variety of reasons.

For this reason we now publish a price guide for each of our properties, which gives you the approximate cost per person of a 7 or 14-night holiday based on either high or low season, including return flights, airport taxes, fuel surcharges and transfers. High season runs from mid-December to the end of April and low season from May to mid-December. The guide prices have been based on the best fares found at the time of publishing, for the relevant seasons. Please note, however, that during school holidays and especially over Christmas, flight prices increase substantially.

The only way to get an exact tailor-made quotation for your holiday is to ring our expert staff for advice and a quote. They can explain details of latest offers, child prices, two-centre holidays, in fact anything you need to know about your holiday.

How to book your holiday

Telephone our UK office on 01373 814210 to discuss your exact requirements and to check the availability of flights and accommodation. Once you have made a telephone booking, send in the completed and signed booking form together with your deposits or full payment if within 10 weeks of departure, plus any travel insurance premiums.

After booking

When you have booked we will confirm your reservation by sending you a confirmation invoice which will set out all the details of your holiday reservation. This will also notify you of the date by which final payment must be made.

How to pay

Most people prefer to pay by cheque drawn on an English bank, but we are able to accept payment by credit card issued by Visa or Mastercard. Credit card payments will incur a 1% surcharge. We can also take payment by Switch or Debit card for which there is no surcharge.

Duration of holidays

The price list covers one and two-week holidays for the number of occupants stated. If you wish to stay for longer periods, or there are going to be different numbers of occupants, please discuss this with our office.

Large parties

We have a range of accommodation suitable for larger parties. Please ask for further details.

Child discounts

Discounts for children are available at some venues at certain times of the year. Please ask for details.

Hotels and B&B at Gatwick

One of our favourite B&Bs is the family-run Waterhall Country House, which we have used for many years and offers free Gatwick transfers for guests using their parking facility.
